FAO has released a new publication manual on bats entitled ?Investigating the Role of Bats in Emerging Zoonoses: Balancing Ecology, Conservation and Public Health Interest.?
The manual is directed at epidemiologists, wildlife officials, farmers, livestock veterinarians, zoologists or other professionals who may be coming in contact with bats through their work.
